A short exercise for rebuilding connection without turning it into a performance test.
Set a short timer and agree that the goal is comfort, not completion.
Use a stoplight check-in: green means continue, yellow means slow down, red means stop or change course.
Afterward, each person names one thing that felt safe or connecting and one thing to adjust next time.
